History

The UK’s first dedicated national office paper merchant Talk Paper is a direct subsidiary of one of the largest paper manufacturing groups in Europe, M-real. M-real, who own some of the largest pulp and paper mills, core business areas are consumer packaging, commercial printing, home and office, publishing and the Map Merchant Group. Map are the third biggest merchant group in Europe and are active in 22 countries, operating as Talk Paper in the UK. Formed in 2002 from the merger of MoDo Office and County Paper, Talk Paper are part of a group that has many years experience in the paper industry. Our wholly owned dedicated logistics provider, gm2 Logistics boasts 16 distribution locations around the country; including two central distribution centres (CDC) providing the main stockholding and the 14 regional distribution centres (RDC) throughout the UK and Ireland. Resulting in enabling Talk Paper to deliver anywhere in the UK.
